We at TruckEast have Known Jason and his team for over 10 Years , ,Etiquette installed CCTV to our site 9 years back as part of an upgrade , They have supported us with 100% customer service for any issues we have encountered . We have used some of his other services including security when we have had alarm issues , Lighting around the depot and many maintenance repairs , The service they provide it fantastic and with our cleaning contract up for renewal I will no hesitation in considering their service going forward.

I can confirm that Etiquette Limited secured the Medicom site in Brackmills Northampton from August 2020 until July 2023. (The only reason the contract ended was due to the closure of the site). The main responsibilities undertaken were: • Secure the site 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 52 weeks per year. • Regular patrols of the site, both internal and external. • Monitoring the CCTV system. • Logging of trailer arrival and departure times • Directing visitors to site to the correct places and explaining site rules • Managing and maintaining the Intruder and Fire Alarm System. In the 3 years that Etiquette's team secured the site, there were no issues with any of the work undertaken, the guards were always punctual and polite and were considered part of the wider team. Exemplary service and always went beyond required.

Their team of highly qualified operatives have all been trained to a standard expected from a Company that has been in existence since 1999 and are both presentable and polite. I have used Etiquette Services for over fifteen years with my various appointments within my career and have always used them for all my security requirements. Running and maintaining the level of security required at Brackmills, which has over 180 individual businesses and eighteen thousand plus employees, the Estate needed a good security company that can adopt and resolve any issues that may arise from a site with such diversity. They always deliver, whether it be dealing with members of the Traveller Community, break ins and trespassing, boarding up and making properties secure, to dealing with opportunists on site and any of the unusual events that happen through the night. When I am called to assist in any out of hours incidents on site, I feel assured that I am safe with the team supplied by Etiquette as they will always resolve / de-escalate any incident presented to them with the utmost professionalism.
